Please complete these essential steps before requesting account deletion:
Ensure all funds in your Unipaynet wallet, accounts, and cards have been withdrawn or transferred to an external account.
Wait for all pending transactions, transfers, and settlements to be completed. Pending transactions will be cancelled upon deletion.
Cancel or close any active virtual or physical cards associated with your account.
Download and save any transaction history, statements, or reports you may need for future reference.
Ensure there are no active disputes, chargebacks, or unresolved customer issues associated with your account.
Log in to your Unipaynet account using the mobile application. Account deletion must be initiated through the app for security purposes.
Tap on the profile icon, select 'Settings', then scroll to find the 'Privacy & Security' section.
Under the 'Privacy & Security' section, select 'Delete Account & Data'. You will be prompted to confirm your identity.
Enter your account password and complete any required verification steps (2FA, OTP, or biometric authentication).
Carefully review the confirmation screen which outlines what will happen when you delete your account. Check the acknowledgment box and confirm deletion.
